We require 48 hours notice for any cancellation, including large changes to your service. Anything outside this time frame may result in a fee of 50-100% of your scheduled service.

We require a deposit of $100 on all new colour services. This deposit is non-refundable and can be transferred once if rescheduling is needed. It is taken off the total service bill.
